The phone is slimmer and lighter than note 2. The screen is great, pictures and videos are very sharp.
My Note 2 battery lasted over 2 days on moderate use but Note 3 with the full HD display and faster processor last me a day on moderate use. Having said that, the battery is far better compared to other phones with lower specs and sizes in the market right now.
So delighted with this phone as it is a great improvement on the note 2. It is thinner and lighter which make it less cumbersome to carry around. The new leather type back makes it less slippery to hold for smaller hands (and in my opinion feels better too) and the revised shape adds to this too. The screen is stunning! It is fast and the new features make it so useful like the action memo function. Can't recommend this phone enough if you like lots of features and a big screen.
The phone has Removable battery and micro SD slot, which are essential for me as I intend to keep this phone for several years. I have installed a 64Gb micro SD in the phone (so in total 32+64 = 96GB internal storage)
I love the phone. In my opinion it is the best "phablet" in screen size, overall footprint, weight and feel in the market right now.
Region locked is not a problem me as i do not travel a lot. I use an old Nokia phone when abroad and use a local sim.
